MORE ON THIS POSITION from the Christ the King Bylaws:

The Treasurer shall:

• Receive from the offering counters a report of all monies received through worship services, special offerings, or any other source.

• Coordinate the flow of funds. 

• Send designated offerings to missions and church agencies

• Promptly pay salaries and bills.

• Reimburse documented expenses incurred by the pastor or others while attending professional workshops, conferences, conventions, etc.

• Maintain all financial records of the Benevolent Fund and include these records in the Church’s financial reports.

• Present financial reports at the Church Council and Voters' meetings, including account balances, year-to-date budget, and bank statements as requested.

• Submit permanent financial records for annual audit.

• If desired, furnish the congregation a surety bond in a sum designated by the Voters' Assembly. Such bond shall be procured and the premiums paid by the congregation.
